We acquired a modern, purpose-built assisted living and memory care campus consisting of two mirror-image buildings completed in 2017. The partnership successfully repositioned the asset as high-quality workforce housing through a master lease with the Blaine County Housing Authority. The initial term is five years with one five-year renewal option.

In the Sun Valley, Ketchum, and Hailey area, affordable workforce housing is a critical community need. Our project now delivers 32+ safe, well-maintained apartments that help local employers attract and retain essential workers, and serve residents in need of temporary housing until permanent housing options are available. The investment generates stable, attractive returns for our partners while making a meaningful and lasting contribution to the community.
