We purchased the ~8,000 square foot medical building leased to Providence Health Systems through a 1031 tax deferred exchange. Our ownership later placed $790,000 debt on property and distributed loan proceeds (tax free) to investors to purchase an investment property in downtown Seattle. We later sold the Vercler property, paid off the loan, and performed a tax deferred exchange into an industrial project in Seattle.
