Matt Brennan, MSRE

Vice President

Matt is a Vice President at BearRock Investments with over seven years of experience in real estate brokerage and advisory services. Matt is also a Vice President with Meriwether Advisors, commercial real estate advisory and brokerage.

Matt’s responsibilities at BearRock Investments include advanced financial modeling and analysis, data compilation/market research, investment management, and tenant relations.

Matt received his MSRE (Masters of Science in Real Estate) degree from the Runstad Department of Real Estate at the University of Washington, graduating in 2023 as valedictorian of his class.  Prior to joining the BearRock and Meriwether team, Matt was a full-time student at Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington. Matt graduated from Gonzaga in 2018 with a degree from the School of Business in Finance, making the Dean’s List for academic success six of his eight semesters.
