David Rothrock, SIOR, CCIM

David is a co-founder of BearRock Investments and a co-founder/managing principal of Meriwether Advisors, a Seattle based commercial real estate brokerage and advisory firm.  With over 40 years of corporate real estate and site selection experience, he has specialized in representing corporate clients in their tenant representation and site selection needs. David has represented clients in over 450 transactions and strategic advisory assignments involving over 5.5 million square feet and $4 billion in assets in the Pacific Northwest, nationally and internationally.

David’s responsibilities at BearRock Investments include investment sourcing and investment strategy development and investment management/oversight.  He is directly and substantially involved in every BearRock investment. 
 

Prior to founding BearRock Investment and Meriwether Advisors, David spent ten years as Senior Vice President at Colliers International, a global commercial real estate services firm, where he led the Corporate Services team as a single point of contact for many notable companies including Microsoft, Cingular Wireless (AT&T Wireless) and Attachmate corporations. David earned his Bachelor of Arts degree cum laude from Seattle University and is a SIOR and CCIM designee. David is a graduate of Leadership Spokane and Leadership Bellevue, and a Board of Trustee at Seattle University. David and his wife Kirsten raised four children and live in Seattle, Washington.
